What happens next

We have a 20 minute discovery call (or video) where you can ask questions and tell me a bit about yourself and what you’re wanting to work on. If it feels like we’re a good fit for each other then we will book an initial session.

You complete an intake form to set or clarify your goals and share a bit about our history, so we can start off together with some shared understanding about where you’ve been and where you want to go.
03
We start the work. Typically this would be a one hour session once weekly or twice monthly depending on your goals and resources.
